How do you like my bedroom eyes?

I recently treated myself to a new - frankly, quite fancy - bedding set with high thread count, really fine cotton and such luxury things that I've never bothered with or cared about before in my life - but the set was pretty and on sale so I bought it.  

It's actually the mostly lovely bedding I've ever owned and it's a dream to sleep in. Makes me want to throw out all my old sets and become a thread-counting nerd. (Totally new discovery!)
But: I'm not the only one enjoying this new-found luxury. The cats are all positively crazy about this bed set. They seem to love it as much as I do and sometimes they race each other to the bedroom to claim the bed before anyone else gets to it.  
They never did that before. Never.

Normally, if a sleeping-spot is already taken by a cat, then the other cats usually move on to another spot. There's probably not a single chair, sofa, bed, cushion, basket, rug or other soft and at least semi-flat surface in the entire house that the cats don't regularly use as sleeping spots. They're everywhere - and some of them belong exclusively to one certain cat. (It's quite funny.)
However, since I got this bedding the cats have all been drawn to the bedroom. And I've found them sharing the bed, even. Sharing sleeping spots is something they've always been reluctant to do, even when it comes to beds where there are plenty of room for them.  

This new behaviour has really made me wonder what kind of magic has been woven into those sheets. Catnip? That would make sense, actually...  

Anyhow, Gizmo really rarely sleeps in my bed, but there he was, looking so cute and sleepy that l just had to bother him with the camera.  
I tend to stay as far away as possible from indoor photos, but this one turned out pretty so, yeah, why not share it.
